Since 1978 the Berwart family produces over 80% of the available delicatessen in house. Jean Berwart and his son Arnaud are partial to the Piétrain pork on which they base most of their homemade delicacies.

Jodoigne is the cradle of the green black pudding with cabbage. And then there are also the different sausages, the pâtés and different preparations that they are rightly so proud of such as the Blanquette of veal, the cassoulet, the foie gras, the lasagnes, the tête de veau,… (see “Menu”). Our specialities: Pavé de Gobertange, crottin de Piétrain, collier de Jauchelette,….
Fresh meat: the Piétrain pork and the Blue-White beef are bred locally.
In the hunting season, game is on the menu, both as delicatessen and meat.
